Our Temperature Shocking system :
Bitumen temperature shock system is a process used to reduce the viscosity of Bitumen by applying a sudden and intense temperature shock. This technique is typically used in the production of asphalt and road construction. Bitumen is a viscous material that is difficult to handle and process, especially when it is cold. Temperature shock system is designed to quickly heat up the Bitumen to reduce its viscosity and make it easier to work with.
The temperature shock system works by heating the Bitumen to a high temperature, typically between 350 and 400 degrees Celsius, and then rapidly cooling it down to around 150 degrees Celsius. The sudden temperature change causes the Bitumen molecules to rearrange and become less viscous, making it easier to pump and transport. The process is typically done in a specialized Bitumen storage tank or a mobile tank that can be moved to various job sites.
One of the main benefits of the Bitumen temperature shock system is that it can significantly reduce the time required for heating Bitumen. Traditional heating methods such as steam heating or hot oil circulation can take several hours or even days to heat up the Bitumen to the desired temperature. With use advantage of two separate production units , include two reactors with production capacity of 2500 MT / Day, we produce in different grades include Penetration Grades, Viscosity Grades
and Performance Grades.
Any other grade will be developed base on customer’s order.
It is worth to mention that all the essential controls in the production process are conducted through the PLC system from control room which is equipped by appropriate instrumentations in production plant.
